Ever got the feeling that you are a little too welcome at the picnic?

The focus has been so intense on promotion of the work that hauls in the dough. The time for painting will come again, for now I get to sketch my kids and work on photoshop in spare bits of time.

I’ve been busy in the studio- Yippee!

My family is going away on a trip for the coming week so this is what it feels like at home to pack while your children run around taking out all their toys and playing with the stuff you are packing.

If I was not packing (a chore to me) I’d think they were funny.

When I was a kid my grandparents bought me comic books to encourage me to keep up with swedish. This book is in the comic book format… I love it still! The illustrator’s name is Zdenek Miler.

My husband and I have been living in Sonoma for a number of years and it feels like we are finally focussing more on being here and enjoying what our town has to offer- and what we have to offer our town.

I have always been the type to wonder what is around the corner- what is over there… now I am starting to embrace what is here!
